Interesting Report on Irish Pubs
Everyone knows that we pride ourselves on our food. We serve food daily with a choice of menus from light bites, bar snacks, lunch, blackboard specials, Sunday roasts, early bird menu AND evening A LA Carte.
So the recent findings of the University of York into the future of Irish Pubs comes as no suprise to us!
The study called ‘The Role of Pubs in Creating Economic Development and Social Wellbeing in Ireland’ was commissioned by the Vintners’ Federation of Ireland.
Notably the report surmises that food is the way to a customers heart in an Irish pub and also that the emergence and growth of new localised craft brewers in rural areas both help Irish pubs prosper.
